1.     How do I make a purchase online?

 

Buying a voucher or day ticket online is easy. Simply complete the following steps:

 

Choose the item you want and enter the desired quantity

Click on the shopping basket to add the item(s). You can check what you have in your shopping basket at any time. When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

 

Enter your address details

If you are a first-time buyer, enter your email address, postal address and a personal password. You will then receive an email confirming your password.

 

If you are already registered on the site, simply enter your email address and password.

 

Check your order

You will see a summary of your personal details and the contents of your shopping basket. Check both carefully.

 

Choose a method of payment

You can pay by credit card or PayPal.

To pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), enter your credit card details.

 

To pay via PayPal, follow the instructions on screen.

 

Download and print your vouchers/day tickets

You can download and print your vouchers/day tickets immediately.

 

You will also receive confirmation of your order by email, including a link to download your vouchers/day tickets again if necessary. This email will also contain a receipt.

 

2.     I can't open the vouchers/day tickets. What should I do?

 

Your vouchers/day tickets are in secure pdf format. To open the file, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free on http://www.adobe.de/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

 

3.     I can't print the vouchers/day tickets. What should I do?

 

After you place your order, it can take up to two minutes for the vouchers/day tickets to be generated, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

 

If the link to your vouchers/day tickets does not automatically appear, please log in again using your login data. You will find a link to your vouchers/day tickets under "My orders". If there is no link, please contact us immediately.

 

4.     How do I use the day tickets at Tropical Islands?

 

Bring your day tickets with you to Tropical Islands and show them at the cash desk. Each day ticket has a unique barcode.

 

5.     What can I use the Tropical Islands vouchers for?

 

You can use the vouchers to pay for all goods and services available at Tropical Islands.

 

Please note that we cannot give change on vouchers. However, if the difference between the amount you need to pay and the value of the voucher is EUR 10, 20, 50 or 100, we can give you your change in the form of another Tropical Islands voucher.

 

6.     What vouchers can I use in the online shop?

 

Only Tropical Islands vouchers purchased online and featuring a verification code can be used in the online shop.

To pay with a Tropical Islands voucher, enter:

- the voucher number with IWGS and incl. slash (IWGS10012109/13) before the dash and

- the verification code (the 6-digit code consisting of letters and numbers, for example: fjemy1) after the dash.

Please pay attantion to the use of capital and small letters.

 

You can use vouchers to buy day tickets for Tropical Islands. Partial redemption of gift vouchers is possible. Change is given in the form of another gift voucher, available for downloading.

Vouchers/discounts issued by our commercial partners can only be used at the cash desks at Tropical Islands.

 

7.     Can I buy day tickets for the same day?

 

You can only buy day tickets for the following day or later, the Best Price Day Ticket and the Family-Ticket can only be purchased online up to 3 days before arrival.

 

8.     Can I cancel or rebook tickets?

 

If you are unable to travel to Tropical Islands on the day you booked for, you can use your tickets anytime within a year from this date ( offer excludes Tropical Islands Best-Price-Tickets, Short-Time-Tickets, Family-Ticket and the New Years Eve-Tickets ). However, in this case admission for those arriving by 12 a.m. is no longer guaranteed.

It is not possible to cancel day tickets. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
